We work closely as a collaborative, learning team. Every role contributes in three areas.

  • Client delivery: Supporting strong client outcomes through thoughtful organisation design, and building trust through the quality of our work.

  • Business development: Helping Kanso grow by spotting and nurturing opportunities, and clearly articulating the value we bring to clients.

  • Internal development: Strengthening our capability and culture through shared learning, innovation and continuous improvement.

Design Director​​
 

A member of our leadership team, trusted to lead a portfolio of organisation design engagements and to grow new client relationships.

Design Lead​​

A senior role focused primarily on delivery, bringing deep organisation design experience to shape and deliver high-quality, complex operating model, organisation design and people change work.

Designer​​
 

An experienced organisation design practitioner who can work independently to deliver organisation design projects and workstreams.

Analyst​​
 

A key contributor to our organisation design work, providing insight and project support through research, data management, modelling, analysis and day-to-day coordination.
