We're always looking for great Organisation Designers and Organisational Change experts to join our growing team.

We work closely as a collaborative and learning team. All roles contribute across three areas:

  • Client Delivery: Enabling great client outcomes, exceeding client expectations and building brand loyalty 

  • Business Development: Helping Kanso grow, by identifying and nurturing opportunities that successfully bring our value proposition to clients

  • Internal Development: Contributing to our learning, development, innovation and culture

Design Director
 

A member of our leadership team, empowered to independently lead a portfolio of organisation design engagements and develop new business

Designer
 

An experienced OD practitioner, able to operate independently to deliver OD projects and workstreams

Design Lead

A senior role, focused primarily on delivery, and leveraging significant organisation design experience to deliver high-quality and complex operating model, OD and people change solutions

Analyst
 

A critical contributor of insight and support on our OD projects, covering research, data management, data modelling, analysis and project management
